When I was a young teenager I had a beach cruiser bike and I loved it. It was my mode of transportation and took me just about everywhere I needed to go. It had wide tires so it was easy to ride on gravel and dirt and even took you over the sand at the beach with no problem. I believe that was how it originally got it’s name, beach cruiser, due to the fact it was the best bike for riding along the sandy beach shoreline.
Big tires make the beach cruiser easy to pedal and, at that time, it was only a one gear bicycle. Today the new improved beach cruiser bike is easy to pedal up hills and really fun to fly down the other side. Just a little more effort gets you to the top of the hill.
You can also still get the easy to use old fashioned brakes in your new beach cruiser. You just push back on the pedal while you come to an easy stop. No hand brakes, so you never feel like you have to have your hand stretched over the brake lever while you are riding. Beach cruisers also come with straight handle bars so no back discomfort from hunching over to hold on.
When I was a kid I thought I was so cool because I could ride with no hands for long periods of time, at least until I had to turn a corner. I was never able to master the turns as some of my friends could. I think it was the solid frame and structure of the beach cruiser that made it so easy to ride with no hands.

Ko Chang, part of the Trat Province, is about 330 km from Bangkok and is Thailand’s second largest island and the largest in Ko Chang National Park. Tourism in Ko Chang has increased dramatically just in the last few years.

How to Be a Better Driver with These Cornering Tips

When the weather is warm and the sun shining, there is no better feeling than going for a pleasant drive in the countryside. When driving on country roads there is a danger- the tightening radius bend that is well known for creating several accidents. On a normal corner the radius will remain the same as you make the turn, thus you will leave the steering in the same position. With curves the tightening radius bend may vary, thus you have to change the steering lock as you move further into the curve.
A good illustration of this is when a car crashes because the driver did not properly reduce their speed or consider that the curve may change as the bend continues. Often times a corner will change in the bend, tightening and thus requiring a lower speed.
