On the safety aspect, rest assured that all reputable companies that specialize in private jet charters are obliged to adhere to stringent safety directives. Pilots are fully registered and all have undergone appropriate training. The safety track records of charter companies are constantly monitored by the Aviation Research Group of the United States (ARGUS). If you have any doubts, you are quite entitled to ask the company if its pilots are in possession of ARGUS ratings.
